having actually practiced law before these judges on the second district court of appeals and being familiar with their rulings, i have not a clue as to what political bias you think they have shown detrimental to the republican philosophies and policies. are you on a personal witch hunt? do those who came out with these recommendations have personal agenda? certainly the vote no recommendations are not based upon performance and well reasoned decisions made in cases. i am disgusted by your shallow bias.

As a Hillsborough County and Circuit Court Judge for 26 years, and Air Force officer for 29 years and a Republican virtually my entire life, I feel uniquely qualified to comment on the Judicial retention votes. Our District Court of Appeal has the finest judges in the state of Florida and I respectfully request that you modify the list to reflect a vote yes on all of our appellate judges. They are honest and decent men and women deserving of our respect and votes. Thank you.
